1. Registration

To make a purchase, you need to create an account and add the items you want to your shopping cart. After finalizing your selection, you must access your cart and click "checkout." In the next step, you must fill out the form with your delivery, address, billing, and username information. Existing users only need to log in if they haven't already done so.

2. Product availability

The items listed on our website may be out of stock or have errors in the indicated inventory. In this case, the customer will be contacted to correct their order.

3. Order Confirmation

After receiving your order, Keluzia provides the customer with information regarding the availability of shipment for the requested items, as well as the total order value (including shipping costs).

After payment is received, the order will be processed within 2 business days.

An order awaiting payment does not guarantee material reservation. Stock availability is subject to change.
